I’m honestly blown away that anyone would think about leaving a bad review for Woodlore! They’ve consistently been the top-notch company to work with - offering the finest quality items and exceptional customer support. Being an independent business, they truly go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied and all inquiries are addressed. I’m super thankful for their assistance and generosity. If you check out their offerings, it’s obvious they only stock the best. Their prices are great, delivery is super quick, and the returns process is really smooth and hassle-free. I’ve never faced any issues. Always had a chance to chat with the staff. I can’t recommend them enough! Edit: just ignore the negative comments about the returns process! The person who wrote that must be clueless and completely overlooked all the information available on the product pages, throughout the site, and even on their receipt/returns form. You really can’t miss it. So, to leave a nasty review just because you’re too lazy is a bit much.

I got a pair of boots that just didn’t fit, so I sent 'em back through Parcel Force. After waiting three weeks without seeing my refund, I decided to track the parcel. Turns out, it was sent back to the post office where I dropped it off, with a note saying it was refused by the receiving post office. I reached out to Woodlore, and they informed me that I HAVE to use Royal Mail, or else the post office will turn it away. Sorry about that! There was no mention of this on their site, so I had to resend it, which cost me another £11. Really poor returns service.

Recently, I got myself a Gransfors splitting maul, and it arrived super fast and well-packaged from Woodlore. I was stoked to notice the Ray Mears logo on my new axe - such a cool detail! This leather belt pouch is top-notch! It’s clearly built to last a lifetime. I own a similar one that’s made to hold a tobacco tin, which is super handy—just yank the tin out and you can grab your essentials. The RM pouch is a bit bigger, and luckily, I found a tin that fits perfectly, so I can take advantage of that extra room. At around £3.00, I reckon it would be way more practical if a custom interior tin was included with the pouch. If you don’t need it, no biggie, but if you do, it really enhances the pouch’s functionality.

I picked up a bunch of items over the past year, and everything's been solid with no problems at all regarding the products or the delivery times. My only small complaint lately is that I wasn't informed about the items being shipped or on their way. It was a pretty valuable package for me, and it just showed up (the good part being it arrived faster than I thought) and luckily, someone was around to take it. Other than that, I’d surely buy from them again.
